Live Price Sync

Change it once.
It updates everywhere.

Edit a price in the MenuSink admin and it propagates to every screen on your network in under a second via WebSocket push. No polling. No page reloads. No delays between your register and your boards.

  • Syncs from Square, Toast, Clover, and more
  • Edit directly in the admin or import from POS
  • Changes go live without touching any screen
Print-Ready Export

One source of truth for digital and print.

When it's time to print, generate a print-ready menu directly from your live pricing data. Your templates, your branding — no copy-pasting prices from a spreadsheet. When the price changes, your print files update too.

  • Bring your own branded menu templates
  • Prices auto-fill from live data
  • Export PDF-ready files on demand
Playlist Management

Every screen tells the right story.

Build slide playlists and assign them to individual screens. Your breakfast board shows the breakfast menu. Your combo screen rotates through specials. Your waiting area gets the promo reel. All managed from one admin panel.

  • Unlimited screens, unlimited playlists
  • Drag-and-drop slide ordering
  • Assign or reassign any screen in seconds
Setup

From box to live in an afternoon.

MenuSink ships pre-configured on dedicated display hardware. Setup is a phone wizard, not an IT project.

01

Plug in your first unit

The first unit runs as both server and display — one box, one TV, fully self-contained. Connect it to your network, run the phone setup wizard, and you're live. No laptop, no terminal, no IT knowledge required.

02

Add more screens

Plug an additional display unit into each TV via HDMI. Each runs the same 5-minute wizard. The hardware-only setup supports up to 3 screens. Growing to 4–5? Add a dedicated server unit ($399). At 6 or more screens, cloud or a dedicated server is required.

03

Load your menu, go live

Import pricing from your POS or enter it directly. From this point on, any price change you make in the admin appears on every relevant screen in under a second. You'll never reprint a menu for a price change again.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do I need an internet connection for the displays to work?
No. MenuSink runs on hardware on your local network. Displays keep playing even if your internet connection goes down. The cloud plan adds remote access, backups, and monitoring — but it's never required for day-to-day operation.
What POS systems does MenuSink work with?
MenuSink is compatible with Square, Toast, Clover, Lightspeed, TouchBistro, Revel, and others. You can also enter or import pricing manually. Contact us if you have a specific POS system and we'll confirm compatibility.
How many screens can I run from one system?
No limit on the Standard plan — the cloud acts as the server, so you just add display units ($129 each) as you grow. If you have poor or no internet, add a Local Server Unit ($399 one-time) and the system runs entirely on your network with no screen limit either.
What happens if I cancel the cloud plan?
Your displays keep working exactly as before. The hardware is yours — you own it outright. Cancelling the cloud plan removes remote access and cloud backup, but nothing on your local network changes. No lock-in.
Can I design my own menu board slides?
Yes. MenuSink ships with a set of ready-to-use slide templates. Custom branded slides are included in the White Glove package, or available as an add-on. Contact us to discuss your specific branding needs.
Do I need any technical knowledge to set it up?
No. Setup is a phone wizard — you connect to the MenuSink hotspot, pick your WiFi network, and it's live. If you'd rather not deal with it at all, our White Glove package includes full on-site installation and staff training.
